Job Context

Logic Software Ltd. is the leading ERP software provider for RMG industries in Bangladesh. We are looking for a technically excellent Software Implementer for HR Module, capable of managing garments ERP HR projects and providing robust solutions while developing and growing the software implementation team. Job Responsibilities

  • Meeting with clients after software sales to collect required data for implementation.
  • Educating clients on using purchased software systems and customized features.
  • Monitor data entry of users and identify issues with reports or data.
  • Understand users’ requirements and assist in ERP operations transition; facilitate on-site reviews and provide leadership.
  • Ensure smooth running of the HR module by coordinating with internal and external teams.
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Create specialized documents for each client detailing all customizations.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Possess human management skills.
  • Skilled in Excel & capable of creating reports & formats with formulas.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree with HRM major is considered an added advantage

Experience Requirements

  • Work experience in the HR Department of RMG sector preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR and Payroll Policy preferred
  • Overall idea about HRIS is a plus
  • ERP implementation experience preferred
