When we set out to build Logic Software Limited, we were driven by a simple conviction: that Bangladesh’s industries deserved technology built with a deep understanding of how they truly work. We believed that the strength of our garments and textile sector, and the dedication of the millions of people within it, should be matched by systems equal to their ambition.
Looking back on our journey, I am filled with gratitude. More than 350 organizations have placed their trust in us. Our platform now supports over $15 billion in industrial transactions and ensures that more than 900,000 workers receive their wages accurately every month. The BRAC Bank–The Daily Star ICT Award was an honour we deeply value, but the recognition that matters most to us is the confidence of our partners, renewed year after year.
Yet a company’s true worth is measured not only by what it has achieved, but by the values it refuses to compromise. From the beginning, we have held ourselves to the principles of integrity, accountability, and long-term thinking. We have chosen to build relationships rather than transactions, and to invest in people as much as in products. These principles have guided us through every stage of our growth, and they will continue to guide us as the world of technology changes faster than ever before.
As Chairman, my responsibility is to ensure that Logic Software remains true to this foundation while having the courage to reach further. Under the capable leadership of our Managing Director, K.B. Mamoor, and with the commitment of our talented team, we are embracing artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and Industry 4.0 not as trends to follow, but as opportunities to create lasting value for our partners and for our nation.
Our ambition extends beyond our borders. We believe that a Bangladeshi technology company can stand among the finest in the world, and we intend to prove it, by building solutions that are world-class in quality, global in reach, and rooted in the understanding we have earned at home.
To our partners, thank you for your trust. To our team, thank you for your dedication. And to all who share our belief in a stronger, smarter, and more self-reliant Bangladesh, I invite you to join us on the journey ahead.
The best of Logic Software is yet to come.
